Ashlie is the managing partner of the firm’s Cleveland and Youngstown offices. She represents plaintiffs in mass torts, civil rights, and fertility matters.

She began her legal career at a global law firm defending corporations in product-liability litigation. She then joined a civil-rights boutique representing plaintiffs injured by police misconduct, jail abuse, workplace discrimination, and constitutional violations.

Ashlie serves as Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in In re: Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone) Film Products Liability Litigation (N.D. Ohio) and In re: Tepezza Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation (N.D. Ill.). She has also been appointed to the following leadership positions:

  • In re: Abbott Preterm Infant Nutrition Products Liability Litigation (N.D. Ill.) (Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee)
  • In re: Hair Relaxer Sales Practices, Marketing, and Product Liability Litigation (N.D. Ill.) (Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee)
  • In re East Palestine Train Derailment Consolidated Class Action (N.D. Ohio) (Plaintiffs’ Co-Liaison Counsel).

Ashlie is a past president and the current counselor of the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court. The American Inns of Court inspire the legal community to advance the rule of law by achieving the highest level of professionalism through example, education, and mentoring.

She is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Society of Women Trial Lawyers, and the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. She is member of the Executive and Central Committees for the Cuyahoga County (OH) Democratic Party.
